Cancellation Policy

1. I agree the information provided, including appointment date & time selected, are all correct. 2. I agree that the photography will commence with the home in "as-is" condition. I am responsible to help prepare the homeowners for a tidy, organised home prior to shooting. A clean organised home presents best for the listing, and enables the photographer to shoot from better compositional angles. 3. I understand that the photographer will shoot as many room angles as possible within the 1-hr session time. Much larger homes will have fewer angles shot per room to allow for full-home capture. 4. I understand that download funtionality of the digital files will be made available after full payment of invoice. 3. CANCELLATION: $50 Cancellation Fee apply to appointments cancelled less than 24-hrs before the confirmed booking. 4. NO-ACCESS: $75 No-access Fee, plus travel fee if applicable, applies if we arrive at the property and no access is given within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Beyond 30-minutes late, the session is not completable within the time-slot. 5. TRAVEL FEE: $50 or $75 Travel Fee apply to bookings made outside our no-fee service area. $50 Travel fee to Crossfield, Carstairs, Didsbury, Strathmore, Gleichen, High River, Nanton, Ghost Lake, Morley; $75 Travel fee to Banff, Canmore, Dead Man's Flats, Three Hills, Drumheller, Vulcan, Claresholm, Sundre, Olds; Appointments that extend past our coverage zone are charged at a rate of $0.55/km.
